Traditionally harvested by skilled Kithul tappers, its sap is transformed into authentic Kithul Treacle and Kithul Jaggery using time-honoured methods.Unlike highly refined sweeteners, genuine Kithul products naturally contain minerals including potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, and manganese, along with small amounts of naturally occurring antioxidants and plant compounds. These minerals contribute to normal body functions such as muscle and nerve function (potassium), healthy bones and teeth (calcium and phosphorus), energy production (magnesium), normal oxygen transport (iron), and immune system function (zinc).
